Ham Dinner

Cooking a 11 lb. Ham (bone in) // Boiling in 3 inches of water covered for 3 hours.  Sliced apples in water, a couple carrots and cover ham with syrup.  Turn one time every hour adding syrup on top each time.

Making Turnip & Potato's mashed together and a side of corn or peas......  Yummy.
