Working Off the Winter Fat

Day 3 of Working Out.
House showing today at 1 PM so heading to gym for another workout.  Because my left knee is killing me, I have switched from treadmill to lifecycle. Haven't eaten anything after 7 PM , which kill me because most nights I'm up pretty late.  Smaller portions for dinner and lunch is just a salad with tuna or chicken.

Weigh in is in 3 more weeks to see where I am and build a plan around my goals.  The P90X is what I will get this summer to really cut it up, but for these first 3 weeks - just building up energy and burning cals.
