Over Cooked

Well we made the corned beef in a croc pot but I will not do it that way again. 1st it was on low from 7:30 AM till 7 PM and even though the meat was very tender, the veggies were overcooked and it was way to salty. Best way is the old way in a dutch oven and you change out the water half way thru cooking so to remove the salt. Oh well, Sue loved it but next croc meal will be pot roast and on the weekend.
